It's November.

This is a good thing.

Except for the whole graduate-school-applications-are-almost-due-and-the-biochem-subject-GRE-is-next-weekend-and-I-haven't-studied- but-I-need-to-study-for-my-cell-bio-midterm-and-do-my-pchem-homework-and-finish-my-thesis-research thing.

A long time ago, while riding in my dad's car up at Tahoe, you told me that November was your second favorite month (after May,) and I think we got in an argument because I said that November sucked. I think about that every November because I still think it sucks, but you gave the most convincing argument that it didn't suck on that snow-filled day.

Yes, November is my second favorite month. I don't remember what I told you when we were in Tahoe, but I love November for many reasons. Snow, holidays, a cozy warm feeling.... I don't know. November just feels like part of me at this point. I can't even remember why I like it anymore, I just do.

Why, again, do you dislike November?
