I got a job this morning!
Okay, so it's only a part-time job, and it's at a university bookstore, but it's still some sort of income while I keep looking for a real job. Hopefully this will help out a little bit.
Other things are also going very well. My novel is at 11k words (I'm supposed to be at, like, 20k or something, so I'm really far behind...) and might actually have a plot forming, which is really cool. One of the main male characters still needs a motivation. What is his goal in life? I have no idea!
The Warcraft expansion is coming out tonight, so I'm gonna go pick it up at midnight and start leveling with some of my close friends. I haven't been excited about it, but now that I have a job and am not so guilty about charging the expansion to my credit card, I am really starting to look forward to it. I had a lot of fun in the little bit of time I played in the beta, and I'm hoping the content that I saw has had the bugs worked out of it, because it had the potential to be really really awesome.
Also, I need to tame a rhino and /love some frogs.
