My predictions!!

1. Snape is good. He hates Harry's parents and thinks that Harry's an arrogant unproven kid, but he believes that Voldemort is evil and is acting entirely on Dumbledore's orders. Dumbledore was nearly dead when Snape killed him anyway. Dumbledore may have even been planning to die that night, knowing that Harry had everything he needed in order to win, and that it was more important that Snape maintain his cover with Voldie than that he, Dumbledore, be there in the final battle. Plus, he's got the portrait, and Fawkes is still around to help Harry out. And there's the sword and stuff too.

Oh, also, I think Dumbledore prevented Snape from teaching DADA for so long because the post was cursed after he refused it to Voldie (no one could teach the subject longer than a year), and he couldn't give it to Snape without a) jinxing Snape and b) making Voldie mad. Case in point: Snape taught DADA in book 6 and I guarantee you he won't be teaching it in book 7.

From someone on Ravelry (yes, I'm taking Harry Potter speculations off a knitting website):

"One thing bugs me now, that I'm finishing the rereading of HBP. This may be a mistake in the writing but I'm not sure it's not important.
And if it is not a mistake, then Snape did not really kill Dumbledore.
The Avada Kedavra kills instantaneously. You also have to mean it. As Moody said in GoF, even if they all pointed their wands at him and said it he would get no more than a nosebleed. Intention is everything.
The freezing charm Dumbledore cast on Harry was released by his death. However it was not released until Dumbledore hit the ground below the tower.
If Snape had killed Dumbledore with his Avada Kedavra it would have released the charm at that moment. Not after the fall.
Both are masters of wordless spells and occlumency/legimency. So we have no idea what they have shared wordlessly during this scene.
This may be farfetched and based on nothing more than an error.
But we all know Harry has been wrong about Snape many times before, if not in every single book. And it gives me hope. Now there are other parts I have to go back and read again."

2. Harry being a Horcrux? I'm not sure. I think Harry dies. Didn't JKR say one of the three dies? I refuse to belive that it's Hermione, and as much as I think Ron is expendable, Hermione doesn't, so Ron needs to live. That leaves Harry. I think Harry MIGHT be a Horcrux, and has to die. And I think Harry dies before the end (either he kills himself or Voldie kills him) and then Neville gets Voldie. Ha, take THAT, prophecy! (It didn't specify WHEN the dark lord would mark him as his equal; could happen two seconds before he dies.)

3. RAB? No idea. I've heard people speculate that it's Regulus Black and that he's dead, but I dunno.

4. If Harry dies Ginny probably does too. This makes me cry.

5. Draco will redeem himself somehow and end up dead.

6. Maybe I'll think of more stuff later.
