It's called the Wiki Meme and I stole it off the internet at large. You go over to Wikipedia and enter your birthdate and then you pick 3 events, 2 births and 1 holiday that occured on the day of your birthday.
(Oh, and I can't count, so, um, there are more events than there are supposed to be.)

1. 1457 BC - Battle of Megiddo (15th century BC) between Thutmose III and a large Canaanite coalition under the King of Kadesh. It is the first battle to have been recorded in what is accepted as relatively reliable detail.
2. 1868 - The city of Reno, Nevada, is founded. (Dude! No way!!)
3. 1955 - Sam and Friends debuts on a local U.S. television channel, marking the first television appearance of both Jim Henson and what would become Kermit the Frog and the Muppets.
4. 1960 - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approves sale of the birth control pill.
