As of 5 am this morning, I am gone on a 5-day sailing trip with Ann. I will be back Friday night. I will have my cell phone but it won't be on; if someone dies please leave a message.

I'm going to enjoy myself. That's what vacations are for. And this is the first guilt-free vacation I've had in ... I don't even know how long. Three years?
