Yeah. Planned Parenthood is a great start on this; I got my IUD completely free based on my (virtually nonexistent) income. The entire consultation/checkup/procedure were all free.
If we could expand that to the whole country... and if we could educate women about their options (most women still don't think an IUD is a viable option, for a long list of reasons), things would be a lot better.
And ultimately I think the abortion decision is between a woman and her doctor. It's not the public's decision, it's not a religious decision, and it's certainly not the government's decision. It's a private matter that should be available for those times when no other options are left.
